  GENERAL DESCRIPTION
       The Vessel is intended to be a modern yacht-like passenger cruise ship, to operate on international voyages in accordance with Vessel's description as per Specification.. 
        The Vessel is to be twin screw with vertical stem, bulbous bow and a transom stern.
The main machinery consists of two high-speed diesel engines of abt.1490 kW (each), each driving a fixed pitch propeller through a gearbox .  Electric station consists of 3 diesel driven generators.
        The hull under bulkhead deck to be divided by 10 watertight transverse bulkheads.
Accommodation to be arranged for 100 passengers in 50 cabins and 64 crew and other in 41 cabins.
In addition, vessel is outfitted with:
Two (2) rudders
One (1) pair of retractable fin stabilizers
One (1) bow thruster
